In 2006, my wife Leslie and I decided to launch AlphaMed and knew our main mission was to create a medical equipment company that would be unmatched in our area and beyond. Our intention was to provide a wide spectrum of medical equipment and supplies to patients that would improve daily living activities in the home. And we knew we wanted to do this with the single best staff, marketing team, in-home delivery specialists, and therapists we could find. And that’s just what we did.
Our official mission is “to be a nationwide provider of medical equipment and supplies using superior service to meet the needs of its patients and medical professionals”. And although Jackson, TN is our Corporate Headquarters and home base, we have successfully provided equipment and supplies to patients in almost every state in the U.S.
It wasn’t long after seeing our mission working that we saw the need to open satellite offices, and even now we are considering more locations as we better meet the needs of our patients. As the needs of our patients continued to grow, we recognized the opportunity to begin our sleep lab and subsequently, AlphaSleep Laboratories was born. At present, we have multiple satellite clinics with AlphaSleep and expect to launch more in the future.
I can say with all honesty that I have had the pleasure of building these two companies with a superior team of employees in both AlphaMed and AlphaSleep. I believe that we have created a corporate environment that expects the best, and the patients we service reap the benefit.
No matter which part of The AlphaFamily of Companies, I cannot wait to see what the future holds for AlphaMed, AlphaSleep, and beyond.
